The Problem With Brunch in Mykonos
Finding a great breakfast in Mykonos is harder than it sounds. The island is famous for its nightlife, its hotels, and its luxury experiences — but the restaurant scene has historically been geared toward tourists who eat late, drink more, and aren't particularly fussy about what ends up on their plate.
Most places are expensive, mediocre, and invisible to Google. You'd find them by wandering, asking your hotel concierge, or — if you're the type — spending 45 minutes in TripAdvisor rabbit holes.
That's changing. And Mykonos Brunch Club is part of why.
What Makes the Best Brunch in Mykonos?
We'd argue it comes down to three things: quality of ingredients, quality of execution, and atmosphere. You need all three. A beautiful terrace with terrible food doesn't work. Neither does excellent food in a grim location.
Mykonos Brunch Club sits at the intersection of all three. We're located in the heart of Mykonos Chora — near Little Venice and the windmills — with a shaded cobblestone terrace that feels genuinely Mediterranean rather than aggressively staged.
Our kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients: artisanal sourdough baked in-house, home-cured salmon, raw Greek honey, and ceremonial grade matcha sourced from Matcha Ninja. Every dish is made to order.
What to Order
Eggs Benedict (€19): On house sourdough with hollandaise made from scratch. Add home-cured salmon for +€5. This is the dish that's launched about 80% of our five-star reviews.
The Loaded Croissant (€18): Our signature dish and most-ordered item. Come for the eggs benedict. Stay for the croissant.
Banana Cream Matcha (€9/€11): Our fan favourite from the matcha bar. Creamy, complex, and unlike anything else you'll find in Mykonos. Or Greece, for that matter.
Avocado Toast (€17): Simple, excellent, and served on that same house sourdough. Vegan-friendly.
Frozen Margaritas: We make them from 9am. No judgement here — you're on holiday.
When to Go
We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM throughout the season. No reservations — walk-in only. In peak season (July–August), we'd recommend arriving early to snag a terrace table.
The morning light in Mykonos is something else. Showing up at 9am, sitting on our terrace with a ceremonial matcha or a fresh orange juice, watching the town slowly come to life — this is one of the best ways to experience the island.
The Rating Context
We're currently rated #1 of 189 restaurants in Mykonos Town on TripAdvisor, with a 5.0 score across 262 reviews and a Travellers' Choice Award. We're not going to pretend these numbers don't mean anything — they reflect the care our team puts into every plate and every customer interaction.
But more than the rating, we'd rather you just come in, try the food, and decide for yourself.
